Our approach

We work toward clear page structure, readable contrast, keyboard access, meaningful link text, labelled forms, descriptive image text and layouts that adapt to different screen sizes.

Using this website

The main navigation, division switcher, links and forms are designed for keyboard use. A skip link is available at the start of each page, and browser zoom can be used without requiring horizontal scrolling on standard mobile layouts.

Known limitations

Some older field photographs may have limited detail because they document real work completed in the field. We continue to replace or supplement these assets where clearer alternatives are available.
